Since 2018, Nicole has redefined spa services to accommodate and combine classic, traditional methods with sophisticated techniques and updated practices for a revitalized Microspa experience for women of any age.
Nicole provides services from her boutique space in New Paltz, New York. To achieve optimal results, Nicole uses only high-end, medical grade and vegan products for your skin and body, making every visit to the shop a top-notch experience.

*Nicole completed a 2 year case study with scientist Joel Rubin for DCL Skincare in East Haven, Connecticut to launch their chemical peel line into the market. There, she obtained a national training position where she attended trade shows, and educated on behalf of the company. Nicole’s journey continued on to teaching the NYS Esthetics program at Austin’s School of Spa Technology. She officially began her entrepreneurial journey in 2015 operating The Floating Lotus Microspa as a side freelance business, and in 2018, would venture into full time business ownership.
After receiving her Esthetician’s License from the Hudson Valley School of Advanced Esthetic Skincare in 2003, Nicole began a six year working relationship with a busy, professional plastic surgeon’s firm and operated a two year case study accompanied by scientist Joel Rubin with DCL Skincare for a chemical peel line.
Nicole Heaton has been a practicing medical esthetician since her graduation from The Hudson Valley School of Advanced Aesthetic Skin Care in 2004. Prior to pursuing her dream in medical skin care, Nicole was a graduate of New Paltz High School in 1999, and subsequently served a 4 year term in the US Navy complete with honorable discharge in 2003. As an art major in high school, Nicole would discover later on in life that her passion outstretched beyond makeup artistry and into the medical skincare world. After receiving her Esthetician’s License, Nicole worked directly with a busy plastic surgeon’s firm, who she continues to independently affiliate with to to offer her clients a wide range of medical skincare services. A firm believer in building long term and trusting relationships with her clientele, Nicole provides top notch consultative skin care services with prompt follow up, which illustrates her compassion and genuine interest for the well-being of each client. Today, The Floating Lotus Lash Bar offers an array of services that display a fine fusion of medical and holistic services & skincare from eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tinting, microblading, pmu services such as powder brows; ombre brows & lip blush tattoo, brow lamination, brow henna, tinting, facials, chemical peels, LED light therapy, waxing, microdermabrasion, high frequency facials and more.

Licensed Esthetician
Molly has been a licensed esthetician since 2018, bringing years of experience, a passion for skincare, and a keen eye for detail to every service she provides. With a special focus on customized skincare and brow design, Molly believes that great results begin with understanding each client’s individual needs and goals.
Her approach combines professional knowledge with a warm, personalized touch, creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Whether you’re looking to refresh your complexion, achieve beautifully shaped brows, or enhance your natural lashes, Molly is dedicated to helping you look and feel your best.
Molly offers a variety of services, including customized facials, waxing, brow lamination, lash lifts and tinting, and both classic and volume eyelash extensions. She takes pride in delivering quality results while building genuine connections with her clients, making every visit feel personal and welcoming.
Outside of the treatment room, Molly is a proud mom of two young children who keep her busy and on her toes! She loves spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and making memories with her family.

Missy Jennings
Licensed Esthetician
With over 25 years of experience in esthetics, Missy specializes in customized facials and eyebrow design. As both an esthetician and an artist, she takes an individualized approach to every service, focusing on facial symmetry and creating eyebrow designs that beautifully complement each client’s unique features.
Missy is excited to be back in the New Paltz and Hudson Valley area, where she previously lived and worked in her twenties. Now returning to the community, she is thrilled to join The Floating Lotus Lash Bar and looks forward to helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Passionate about personalized skincare, Missy takes the time to listen to each client’s concerns and develop customized skincare treatments and routines tailored to their individual needs. Her goal is to help every client achieve healthy, radiant skin while enjoying a relaxing, personalized experience.

Licensed Esthetician
Licensed since 2017, Rae’s philosophy on skincare and beauty is “do what makes you feel good, embrace what makes you unique, and forget the pressure to look like everyone else.”
She believes skincare doesn’t have to be complicated, high-maintenance, or dictated by ever-changing beauty standards. Her approach is all about results-driven, personalized skincare and beauty treatments that work for your routine and lifestyle. Rae’s goal is to create a relaxing experience with glowing results that leave you feeling refreshed, confident, and more like yourself.
Outside of the treatment room she enjoys browsing antique stores and flea markets with a coffee in hand or catching a drive-in movie with her two kids and an extra buttery popcorn.
